Grip: Combat Racing often shortened to Grip is a racing video game developed by Canadian studio Caged Element and published by Wired Productions for Windows PlayStation 4 Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Warp Digital ported the title to console and it was released for all four platforms on November 6 2018. Grip is the spiritual successor to Rollcage according to Rock Paper Shotgun. Grip: Combat Racing is an arcade racing game in which the player controls a double-sided vehicle capable of driving on its top and bottom. Players can use weapons and powerups to combat opponents as they travel at high speeds around various tracks. When racing racers are capable of driving on walls and ceilings of the track given they have enough speed.
