Track
le Mans also has a gokart track which hosted the world championships in 2022. The track is 1384m long and is one of the best gokart tracks in the world. The gokart track also hosts an annual 24h endurance race like its bigger brother. In this years world championship Viktor Gustavsson claimed the title in the KZ class and Arthur Carbonnel claimed the title in the KZ2 class. Lemans is now the official CIK-FIa track in France after replacing the former Alain Prost circuit in 2013.
Iame World Final
Every year the Lemans gokart track hosts annual world finals event. This event is the Iame World Finals and is known for being the unofficial world championship for those who run iame engines. This is a very big event spanning over 2 weeks with around 650 drivers attending this year. The classes that drive in this competition is Mini60, KA100, X30 Junior, X30 Senior, X30 Masters and KZ-I. Due to covid the race was held in Portugal at the Portimao track in 2020 and was held at Adria in Italy for the 2021 IWF.
